Our pizza chef journeys to the Randolph Street Market three times a week to
select only the best produce-from meaty portabella mushrooms to succulent
crimson tomatoes, premium-quality bell peppers and fresh herbs. The same care
is used in our authentic Italian sausages and meats. Our sauces are made fresh
each day...just as Ida Stella did.
